If you have been delegated access to a shared mailbox account, there are several options listed below for opening the shared mailbox as a secondary account to your own personal email@example.com account in a web browser session.
If you are a student worker, please go to Option 3.
Option 1 -- Open in a New Browser Window
Option 2 -- Open as a Folder in your Outlook session
- Right-click the name of your primary mailbox (this sometimes shows up as "Folders") in the left navigation pane, and then choose Add shared folder or mailbox
Option 3 -- Open Shared Mailbox directly with Link (Student Workers Must Use This Method)
- Use the following link and replace the bold text with your shared email address:
- Open the link in a web browser
- If you are asked to log in, enter your own firstname.lastname@example.org email account, not the shared mailbox account email
